Well last Sunday was an important day for Garrett. He received the Melchizedek priesthood. It was a quiet day. No big shin digs or hoopla over it. Without family around we don't even have a big family dinner, just little ole us. And yet a very important step in his life. I am grateful that he is worthy and has a testimony and a desire to make that step. Now his job is to prepare himself for his mission next year.
In other news, Garrett went with his friends Ethan, Michael and Landin on a last fling trip to Silverwood. That is an amusement park outside of Spokane. He spent three days there. He is back but we haven't seen him yet because they are having an "after party" at Landin's house. Just can't get enough I guess. But he has to enjoy now because real life starts soon.
